Australian Housing Economics Network (AHEN) Launch, Sydney and Online, November 2026

The AHEN launch meeting will feature keynote presentations from:

• Professor Emeritus Geoff Meen, an eminent housing economist from the University of Reading, will present on the development of housing economics over the last 50 years.

• Ms Eliza Owen, a leading Australian housing market commentator, will deliver a policy-focused presentation highlighting the role of housing economics in contemporary policy.

The keynote session is open to AHEN members and non-members. The keynote session will be followed by a members-only strategic planning session to develop the future of AHEN.
